Documents: contracts, comments, revisions and e-signature

Loobi's Documents module covers a contract's whole life without taking it out of the system: templates with fields that fill themselves, comments anchored to the paragraph, suggestions you accept or reject, comparable revisions, and an e-signature whose certificate records the date, the IP and the document hash.
