What is Loobi?
Loobi is a modular cloud ERP for small and mid-sized businesses. It brings CRM, contract management with e-signature, quoting, contacts, tasks and an audit log into one workspace, and every workspace lives in its own isolated Postgres database.
How much does Loobi cost?
The core apps — Contacts, Quotes, Tasks and the Audit log — are free forever. Paid apps are licensed per year for the whole organization and include a 14-day trial with no card. Compute, storage and API calls are metered with an included allowance.
What does "your own database per workspace" mean?
Each Loobi workspace is created on an isolated Postgres database, not on tables shared with other customers. You can plug in BI tools, export everything whenever you want and, on the Enterprise plan, host it on your own server.
Does Loobi handle invoicing in Mexico?
The Invoicing module with CFDI 4.0 is under construction: it will cover SAT product and unit keys, transferred and withheld taxes, stamping through a configurable provider and a self-invoicing portal. Quoting, closing and signing contracts already work today.
Do I have to install every module?
No. You install only the ones you use from the marketplace and can add or remove apps later without migrating data, because each module runs its own migrations inside your workspace.
Does Loobi integrate with other tools?
Yes. Loobi exposes a REST API with 43 endpoints, webhooks and an MCP server for AI agents. The modules also connect to each other: Contacts with CRM, CRM with Quotes and Quotes with Documents.
What happens to my data if I stop using Loobi?
You export the full database, the files and the signed PDFs. There are no penalties and no data held hostage.
